Jackie Gokamilwe

- Managing Director -

Managing Director and founder of NQOBA Business Enterprise joined the lift industry as an apprentice lift technician in 1993, in 1996 she qualified as a Lift Technician. Jackie is the first female in South Africa to have qualified as a Lift Technician. Jackie has worked in various positions in major lift companies, from technician, to sales, marketing and senior management. In 2008 Jackie became the first female in South Africa to be registered as a lift inspector, having received approval from the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) as well as the Lift Inspectors Association of South Africa (LIASA). Jackie’s passion for the lift industry as well as her intuitive leadership ability has contributed to the rapid and sustained growth of Nqoba Business Enterprise, and will continue until the companies’ vision is realized.

Paballo Moshao

- Training Centre Manager -

Is a qualified HR practitioner with a Bachelor in Commerce (HR) and an Honours degree in Business Management majoring in Advanced Strategic Management. Prior to joining Nqoba Training Centre, he acquired experience within the investment banking environment and financial services (health care). His current areas of expertise are in the provision of organizational performance management, quality management systems and strategic management services.

Mpho Tsotetsi

- Corporate Services Manager -

Provide high level administrative, strategic planning and operational support, research and advice to senior management on administrative matters such as staff management, financial planning, facilities management and information services. Who is stilln pursuing a Marketing Course at Damelin and has obtianed a Diploma in Computer Engineer at Roodeport College,particiated in a short course in Mircosoft Office at Jeppe College.

Lindiwe Hlongwane

- Administrative Manager -

Lindiwe has been the Administrative manager for the Trainign Centre and has overseen the support operations of the organisation. She has ensured that there is an effective flow of information and that resources are employed efficiently throughout the oganisation.She is organised and detail-orientated with good analytical skills to run day-to-day operations.

Croxley Nkosi

- Project Manager -

Joined the lift industry (Otis Elevator Company) on the 04/04/1989. He served his apprenticeship and qualified as a lift mechanic. In 1997 he was promoted to a post of being Local Representative in Swaziland and Ermelo. His duties involved the entire portfolio of service, repairs, construction, escalators and promote sales. On the 06/05/2002 he joined United Elevators as a technician in the technical department. In 2005 he was promoted to be a District Representative in Nelspruit and Swaziland where he was in charge of the whole portfolio including Government buildings, sales, construction, maintenance, repairs and escalators. He joined Nqoba Training Centre on the 01/06/2013 as an Assessor/Facilitator and was soon promoted to Project Manager.

Shirley Sibasa

- Facilitator/Assessor -

Completed NTC 5 in Electrical Engineering in Johannesburg Technical College in 1995. Immediately joined Otis as an Apprentice. She qualified as a Lift Technician in 1998. Worked for several other Lift companies ie Allied Elevators, Kone. Her duties involves maintenance and repairs of lifts and escalators from 1998 till 2009. She also attended to callbacks and standby after office hours at sensitive area like Hillbrow, Berea, Yeoville, Highrise buildings in the City Centre and OR Tambo Internantional Airport. She joined Nqoba in 2009 to date. Her responsibilities are management of Projects, Supervision of Contractors, Training of Junior Lift Mechanics and Apprentices. She currently is in-training for being a Registered Lift Inspector with ECSA.

Yolande Mada

- Facilitator -

She matriculated at St Matthew's High School and joined the lift industry (Otis Elevators Company) in 2004.She served her apprenticeship and qualified as a lift mechanic. Her dutties invovled the entire portfoilo of service: repairs, construction, escalators and sales promotion. She was also doing standby on twenty four(24) hours, seven(7) days basis. She was responsible for all kinds of Lifts: Otis equipment, Schindler, Mitsubishi, Express/Sabiem and others. In 2004 she joined Schindler lifts in the Durban Branch as a Technician, joined Nqoba Training Centre in 2016 as a Facilitator.
